CLASS VIE Dance Athletic™ is dance-based fitness for adult participants at all levels of experience. Classes are a gathering place to gain confidence in movement, cultivate energy and improve fitness.
An upbeat and comprehensive program including muscular conditioning, cardio and flexibility work, with all the joy of a dance class!

THE CLASSES
SUMMER INTRO SESSIONS - 4 week
DANCE CARDIO - INTERVAL Mon 7pm Jun 22- Jul 13 High energy, heart pumping, dance cardio with strength and flexibility intervals. Rhythmic, follow-along sequences that progress into combinations. This class includes jumping! 50 minutes.
MAT SCULPT + STRETCH Thurs 7pm Jun 25 - Jul 16 Full-body mat conditioning class focused on lower impact exercises to strengthen and tone, with stretching sequence to finish. 50 minutes.
Bring to Classes >> Yoga mat + hand towel (shoulder width) + indoor sneakers!
4 WEEK SESSIONS / $100+hst each
FAQ
How do I attend a class? Registration/class purchase is available online, through KHDANCE portal. The studio has spacious bathroom for changing and belongings can come right with you into the studio. Please wear an outfit you feel comfortable exercising in, and bring supportive sneakers, yoga mat and hand towel with you to class. Email dance@karinhobby.ca with any questions!
